At Plasmor we employ rigorous Quality Assurance systems to ensure the highest standards are maintained in our manufacturing processes and customer service.

We are pleased to guarantee the STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY of the concrete in our Plaspave landscaping product range for a period of 10 years.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

1. The installation must be carried out in accordance with the appropriate Codes of Practice and British Standards
2. It excludes damage caused by Chemical or Biological spillage
3. It only applies to residential situations and excludes damage caused by H.G.V’s
4. It excludes change of colour due to natural weathering, UV attack and the effects of naturally occurring efflorescence

This guarantee is offered as an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
